Refund Policy

We offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee on all products purchased through this website. PayPal will email you a receipt for all purchases made through them; please keep your receipt for your records. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, simply email us within 60 days from the date of purchase. Be sure to send us your name, email address, name of product, and approximate date of purchase, so we can find it in our records. The best thing to do is forward your PayPal receipt to us, since it contains the information we need. (Believe it or not, we get support requests from people who do not tell us their name, what they bought, or when they bought it!)

We also offer the same 60 day guarantee on purchases made directly from us via money order or check. You must request refunds from such purchases directly from us. We will need your name, postal mailing address, and approximate date of purchase to find your purchase in our records. Refunds for such orders will be made by company check.
