Lose Your Belly Fat Fast
Wednesday, September 9th, 2009Here’s how to lose your belly fat fast. I’m going to give you 2 exercises that you should do daily. They don’t require much of your time. Besides that, I’ll show you a trick on how to do these so that you KINDA save some time. Take the next 2 minutes to read this article so that you can get rid of your stomach fat quickly.
Lose your Belly Fat Fast
1. Run stairs in your home or apartment/condo building
Ok, this is easy. I’ll also give you an alternative if you can’t run stairs. But anyway, just run up the stairs and then walk back down them. You can run up 1 story of stairs and walk back down. Run up 2 stories of stairs and walk back down… or do 3 stories. But that’s where I’ll cut you off. To keep you fresh, don’t run any more than 3 stories of stairs before having yourself walk back down them.
Do this stair running and walking for a total of 5-15 minutes non-stop. Use your good judgement on this. I don’t know what kind of shape you’re in so I can only give you some guidelines. Also, if you can’t handle running up the stairs, then just walk both up and down them instead.
The only note I’d make is that if you do the walking, then do it for 15 minutes non-stop.
2. Do bodyweight squats during commercials
Ok, this was what I was talking about in regards to saving time. You can do these during the wasted time of commercial breaks. Each commercial break has about 3 minutes. So if you took 2-3 of these breaks and did bodyweight squats as fast as you could, that’s quite the cardio achievement that will go a long way towards losing weight.
It’s almost a complete workout in just 6-9 minutes a day.
Both of these exercise burn a ton of fat so you will lose your belly fat fast if you do them regularly.
