Here’s how to lose your belly fat fast. I’m going to give you 2 exercises that you should do daily. They don’t require much of your time. Besides that, I’ll show you a trick on how to do these so that you KINDA save some time. Take the next 2 minutes to read this article so that you can get rid of your stomach fat quickly.
Lose your Belly Fat Fast
1. Run stairs in your home or apartment/condo building
Ok, this is easy. I’ll also give you an alternative if you can’t run stairs. But anyway, just run up the stairs and then walk back down them. You can run up 1 story of stairs and walk back down. Run up 2 stories of stairs and walk back down… or do 3 stories. But that’s where I’ll cut you off. To keep you fresh, don’t run any more than 3 stories of stairs before having yourself walk back down them.
Do this stair running and walking for a total of 5-15 minutes non-stop. Use your good judgement on this. I don’t know what kind of shape you’re in so I can only give you some guidelines. Also, if you can’t handle running up the stairs, then just walk both up and down them instead.
The only note I’d make is that if you do the walking, then do it for 15 minutes non-stop.
2. Do bodyweight squats during commercials
Ok, this was what I was talking about in regards to saving time. You can do these during the wasted time of commercial breaks. Each commercial break has about 3 minutes. So if you took 2-3 of these breaks and did bodyweight squats as fast as you could, that’s quite the cardio achievement that will go a long way towards losing weight.
It’s almost a complete workout in just 6-9 minutes a day.
Both of these exercise burn a ton of fat so you will lose your belly fat fast if you do them regularly.

Here’s how to lose weight by walking. No, not your typical walking. That typical walking stuff sucks for weight loss and is barely good for weight maintenance. I’m going to show you the secrets on how to maximize walking for weight loss. How to Lose Weight by Walking
1. Walk upwards on an incline… either a treadmill or a hill
This totally beats flat surface walking when it comes to burning off a ton of fat. It’s not even close. Once you do this once or twice, you’ll see what I’m talking about. This is great while normal walking is pathetic. Normal walking is a complete waste of time. However, you can do this type of walking and get a lot of fat burning from just 20-25 minutes a day, 4 days a week.
I recommend you set a treadmill to an incline of 15 degrees or so. Since I don’t know what type of treadmill you’re using, just estimate the incline angle. It’s not much. But that tiny bit does amazing things for the body. You can do this on a hill if you live in a hilly area… that’s awesome, but then you might have weather related issues. Stick with the treadmill if you can.
2. Walk up and down stairs
You probably already do this everyday. Well, I want you to do this for 15 minutes NON-STOP. This makes a big difference when you do it all at once. Hopefully you have some stairs in your house… but an apartment building or condo building stairs also works.

I’m going to show you 2 ways that make running unbelievably great for weight loss. Give me 2 minutes and read this article if you’re interested in using running for weight loss.
How to Lose Weight by Running
1. Run up some stairs
Look, typical running/jogging on a flat surface sucks because it’s steady-state cardio. You need to push yourself with running in short bursts of high intensity and then back off a bit and go at it with a lower intensity. You can do that with stair runs. If you have stairs in your home, do the following.
Run up them and then walk back down. Keep repeating this for a total of 5-15 minutes… depending on what kind of condition you’re in. The running up the stairs is the high intensity while the walking down the stairs is the low intensity (active rest). There is no in-between… like jogging. Do this 3-5 days a week.
2. Do sprinting and walking intervals
This is simple. Outside on your sidewalk you can run hard for 10 seconds or so. Once you’ve done that, walk for the next 45 seconds. Keep repeating these high and low intensity efforts for 10 minutes. If you did these 2-3 times a week (less than 30 minutes a week total), you’ll get some incredible fat burning. You’ll see the results within 2 weeks also.
This is the best way on how to lose weight by running.

2. Eat either an apple, soup, or a salad before all your meals
This helps to crowd out some of those high calorie foods that you’re eating at your meals. So you still get to eat them, but you won’t eat as much of them because you’re going to get full a lot sooner because of the apple, soup, or salad. It’s a neat and simple little trick to help you cut out 20-30% of your calories without making you craving your favorite foods and without having a nutritional deficiency.

If you’re interested in fitness running for weight loss, I’m going to share with you some important information to get the most out of your running program. In fact, I’m going to show you how you can run less, yet burn off more fat. Heck, I’ll even show you an exact workout that I’ve done that only takes 30 minutes a week…. with less than 1/2 that 30 minutes consisting of running. Yet, fat drips off your body like crazy.
Fitness Running for Weight Loss
1. Do intervals of runs and walks or slow jogs
If you do same-speed jogging, you’re leaving a ton of calories on the table. You’re not burning up all that you should be. The reason is because you’re not effectively creating a big oxygen deficit which helps to oxidize your fat deposits more. A typical interval that works great for burning off fat is to run pretty hard for 10-15 seconds. Then you either jog slowly or walk for the next 45-50 seconds. You continue with that ratio until you’ve completed anywhere from 10-20 minutes of it.
You only need to do this type of workout 3-4 times a week to get massive weight loss.
2. My 30 minute workout that drips off fat
What I do is I run up and walk down stairs. So if you have stairs in your home, this is perfect. It also works great for the stairs in condo and apartment buildings. Just run up the stairs and walk back down. Keep repeating until you’ve completed 5 minutes. Do this 6 days a week. Voila… 30 minutes of working out, while less than half of it consisting of running. You should start seeing some incredible results within 10 days of doing this.

Here are a few walking and running tricks for weight loss that will help you drop pounds and inches faster. These are straight to the point tips that have been proven effective. If you’re currently running and or walking, then you probably will want to take the next 2 minutes to finish reading this article. The reward will be you getting a better body in LESS TIME.
Walking and Running Tricks
1. Do both using intervals
Run hard and then walk. This is great for health and even better for weight loss. Run hard for as long as you want or as short as you want. The key is just to run hard. If it’s for only 10 seconds… Great. For most people, it’s hard to run really hard for longer than that. Just don’t jog it. Actually run. Then when you get to your walks, walk as long as it takes for you to be able to run hard. A lot of people can run hard again after 45 seconds of walking.
Do this for a total of 15-20 minutes a day, 4 days a week.
You can also do a mix of both by running up some stairs and then walking back down those stairs. So you run up 1 flight of stairs, then walk back down. Keep repeating for 5-10 minutes. You’ll find that this is AWESOME and powerful for fat loss.
2. Straight walking… do it on an incline
If you’re just going to do walking, then I advise you to do it on a treadmill. AND… incline that treadmill. Walk 5 times a week for 20 minutes like this. Do this method if you have the time and can fit in going to a gym (unless you have a treadmill at home).

1. Stationary bike sprints
I usually don’t tell people to use a stationary bike, but if you do use one, the best way to use it to lose weight is to do brief 10 second sprints on. Go as fast as you can. Then go slow for 30 seconds. Keep repeating that sequence. 10 fast, 30 slow. Do this for 20 minutes, 4 days a week.
This will help you to peel off fat from your belly.
2. Commercial break jumping jacks
If you can’t get to the gym and you don’t have time for long 30 minute plus workouts, sneak your workouts into 3 minute long commercial breaks. I’m basically encouraging you to watch tv. Go for it. Just do your jumping jacks during some of the commercials. Try to do 7 commercial breaks of exercise.
3. Walking up and down your stairs
For people who have stairs in their home, condo building, or apartment building… USE THEM. Take 10-15 minutes and just walk up and down them. That’s it. It’s nothing fancy, but’s it’s proven to work for weight loss. You just gotta do it. For best results, do this 5 days a week. You have to do it all at once… don’t spread it out.

So this takes only 4 minutes of your time and just 3 minutes of exercising. Do this 3-4 times a week and you’ll notice fat diminishing from all over your body… including your stomach.

Wondering about walking and weight loss? Here are some tips that’ll help you burn fat faster. Look, walking is both good and bad as far as losing weight goes. It does help, but most people do it in the most INEFFICIENT manner. So it’s not as good as it can be.

1. For maximum fat loss, walk on an incline
Most people just walk on flat ground… either outdoors or on a treadmill. DON’T DO THAT. It’s just OK. You’re going to wait a long time to notice results if you put your focus on that type of walking. You need to switch to walking up hills or on a treadmill that you can incline a little bit. You don’t even have to walk very fast or very hard. Just walk normally when you do this. Do it for 20 minutes, 4 days a week.
2. Walk up some stairs
This is similar to the above, but better. Use the stairs in your house if you have some. Just walk up and down them for 15 minutes non-stop. Do this everyday. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that you walk up and down the stairs enough throughout the day. The power is doing it non-stop.
3. Walk backwards on a treadmill
You don’t need to incline the treadmill for this. That’ll be way too advanced. Just turn around and start walking backwards. This confuses the body which helps you to burn off more fat. You can try this by doing it 1 minute on and of by switching off with normal forwards walking. Do this for 10 minutes a few times a week.
